Thanks to grants from the Arts Council of Wales (Welsh Government and Lottery Funding), Torfaen Arts Development and Pontypool Community Council, between February 2017 and December 2018, the gallery hosted 18 exhibitions of international fine art photography, as well as collaborative projects with artists from Wales and beyond, as well as two more exhibitions additional to our programme, so all in all 20 shows.

Apart from organising exhibitions, we also had a darkroom, which everyone was welcome to use free of charge. Our family-friendly gallery was wheelchair-accessible and the exhibitions had audio descriptions available. We were part of Torfaen Council's public toilet scheme, with a toilet provided with facilities for disabled users.

Our final show, "a trick of the light", has closed, but we are planning to be back in the area in the second half of 2019 - so keep your eyes peeled for updates on our blog, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram! In the near future, we will also be organising shows in Brynmawr's Market Hall Cinema and other venues in the area.
